Barb Fish

Barb fish are hardy, schooling species that thrive in well-maintained aquariums with moderate to strong water flow. These active swimmers require spacious tanks (minimum 20 gallons for most species) and prefer groups of six or more to exhibit natural behavior. Maintain water temperature between 72–78°F with neutral to slightly acidic pH. Feed high-quality flakes or pellets supplemented with occasional live foods. Regular water changes and efficient filtration are essential for their health and vibrant coloration.
