Danio Fish

Danios are hardy, active schooling fish that thrive in well-maintained aquariums with moderate to strong water flow. These energetic swimmers require a minimum 20-gallon tank and prefer cooler temperatures between 64–72°F. Feed high-quality flake or pellet food daily, and maintain consistent water parameters with regular 25% weekly changes. Danios are peaceful community fish but should be kept in groups of at least six to reduce stress and encourage natural behavior. Provide plenty of open swimming space and gentle plants to accommodate their vigorous activity levels.
